When most people get an email, video or some other message about God that was sent to them by a friend they think... “I don't have time for this... And, this is really inappropriate during work.”
It is this kind of thinking that has caused a lot of the problems in our world today.
We try to keep God in church on Sunday morning, maybe, Sunday night... and, the unlikely event of a midweek service.
We like for Him to bless our weddings and we do like to have Him around during sickness... And, of course, at funerals. However, we don't have time, or room, for Him during work or play... Because that's the part of our lives we think we can, and should be able to handle on our own.
May God forgive us all for ever thinking that there is a time or place where HE is not to be FIRST in our lives. We should always have time to remember all HE has done for us.
Yes, I DO love God my heavenly Father and I love His son
who is my personal Lord and saviour Christ Jesus.
Without God, I am nothing.
I shout this from the proverbial mountain tops every day in every way I can. To everyone I meet in person, in fellowship, on the bible CDs I record and distribute, on my Facebook page, on my blogs, in discussion forums, in my business, on my websites... you get the idea – EVERYWHERE!
Easy vs. Hard
Why is it so easy to delete a Godly email, but yet we forward all of the nasty ones?
Isn't it strange how you can send a thousand jokes through email and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing?
Do you find it odd that when you go to forward this message, you might not send it to everyone you know because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them?
Isn't it funny how you can sometimes be more worried about what other people think of you than what God thinks of you?
Jesus said, “Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32-33 (KJV)
You are passively denying the Lord
when you do not confess him to others.
If you love the Lord Christ Jesus, and are not ashamed of him or all the marvelous things he has done for you, then share this message with your friends and loved ones anyway you can.
Copy and paste into an email, copy and post this text on your blog, send the link to this web page, or post on your facebook page, tell your family and friends in person... tell passing strangers on the street or at lunch in a restaurant – EVERYWHERE!
But share this ONLY IF YOU MEAN IT!
My prayer for everyone who sends this message to everyone they know (and even to people they don’t know) is that they will be blessed by God in a very special way just for them.
